We have been running a highly successful energy management system for over 10 years. We are therefore no stranger to sustainability. Our processes are free of direct gas usage. Wherever possible, we use waste heat for heating or cooling. Currently, we are involved in an energy network with several companies from the region. Since 2017, we have introduced an effective environmental management system and operate it continuously. Since its introduction, it has already enabled us to achieve major savings in freshwater consumption.
PCW GmbH has its origins back in 1887, when the Deutsche Celluloid Fabrik (German Celluloid Factory) was founded in Eilenburg as one of the world’s first PVC processing plants. This was the cornerstone for the heritage-rich company, which is now in family ownership. The Polyplast Müller Group took over the company, at that time known as Eilenburger Compound Werk GmbH, in 2006.
As a compounds manufacturer, we thrive on recognising market requirements and grow with the requirements that our customers entrust us with. Alongside our existing product range, we also offer tailor-made solutions. In no small part is this one reason why we have fostered a decade-long partnership with many of our customers.
